Optimise performance of existing systems and prioritise areas of improvements. Analyse processes/production/materials handling systems to evaluate efficiency of operation. Identification of bottlenecks in process systems or flow in the plant and offer solutions to enhance productivity and reduce production costs. When determining feasible solutions, we evaluate the cost and benefit of the options and consult with the client to select their preference.
Investigate and select equipment and/or processes for materials handling, production & manufacturing systems and oversee the installation and implementation. Perform feasibility studies and evaluate the viability of plant and/or equipment upgrades.
Trouble-shoot and identify areas of deficiencies in equipment, processes and systems. Eliminate/rectify faults in process and system hence optimising performance.
Review work-methods and suggest improvements and documentation of process/equipment operation—operations manuals, offer training to operators in new work methods and/or new processes, etc.
